Compass Pointe Engineering is a civil and environmental consulting firm in Seaside, a small village between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach.

Compass Pointe has provided services for both large and small projects alike in the surrounding communities. A long list of clients, inside and outside the immediate area, has called upon the firm for guidance and plan development. Projects have included single family residences, commercial and industrial sites, as well as single/multi-family/ mixed-use developments. Services are also provided to local government and municipalities as requested.

There are nearly 50 years of combined professional engineering experience among the engineers of Compass Pointe. Michael Norton, President and Co-Founder, and Donald Covil, Vice President (pictured at right), both Brunswick County residents, manage and operate the firm. They are both registered professional engineers in North and South Carolina, where the firm provides the services.
