Brierwood Villas was planned as a multi-family residential site, located on a 9-acre tract in Shallotte, North Carolina.  Independent Builders Development, Inc., of Conway, South Carolina contracted with Compass Pointe for provision of site, stormwater, sedimentation & erosion control, water/sewer, NCDOT turn lane and roadway modification design and consulting for this Planned Building Group development.
