The Fountain Head Landing project is situated on a 2-acre commercial site along US HWY 17 Bypass in Shallotte, North Carolina. The developer, Quaintance, Inc., created this site for suitable use as commercial retail, as well as contractor and professional office spaces. Compass Pointe provided site, stormwater, sedimentation & erosion control, and utilities planning and design services for this project.
