H. B. Springs Company requested Compass Pointe to develop the Master Land Use Plan as a Planned Building Group for Blueberry Farm at Shallotte, a 79-acre mixed use site in Shallotte, North Carolina.  Stormwater, Grading, Water, Sewer, NCDOT access/egress with proposed roadway modifications and wetlands delineations were included in project planning for each phase of this development concept.
