Marie’s Place is a 3-acre commercial retail and office complex in Shallotte, North Carolina. Compass Pointe was responsible for ensuring Site, Stormwater, Grading, Sedimentation & Erosion Control, Water, Sewer, NCDOT, and Wetlands planning and permitting were completed. This included construction observations, final inspections and certifications.
