The Roger Bacon Academy’s Columbus Charter Middle School is located on a 42-acre multi-use tract in Whiteville, North Carolina.  Compass Pointe was hired to provide site, stormwater, sedimentation & erosion control, water, wastewater and NCDOT access planning and permitting services for this new location.  www.columbuscharterschool.org
