The Rountree Commercial Offices are situated on a 1-acre site near Holden Beach, North Carolina. The units were designed to meet the needs of local commercial contractors. Compass Pointe Engineering assisted the project owner with site, stormwater, grading, and NCDOT access planning and permitting.
