Elco Properties, LLC requested Compass Pointe to complete the design and permitting requirements for its 6-acre subdivision, Whispering Pines, located near Shallotte Point, North Carolina.  Engineering services included site, stormwater, erosion control, water, and NCDOT access planning and permitting.
