The proposed Whitlock Landing site was situated on a 7-acre tract on US HWY 17N, along Town Creek near Winnabow, North Carolina. Brunswick County hired Compass Pointe to oversee final site, stormwater, sedimentation & erosion control, CAMA/Wetlands and NCDOT access planning and permitting for the consideration of this park location.
