Wisteria Place Subdivision was designed as a 41-acre private residential subdivision, located in Shallotte, North Carolina.  The developer, B. Griffin Enterprises, and Architect, Urban Design, requested Compass Pointe to assist with consulting engineering services for property use and zoning issues, as well as designs for site, stormwater, and sedimentation & erosion control, wetlands permitting coordination, water & sewer design, and NCDOT turn lane & driveway permitting.
